The benefits that come with drinking lemon water in the morning are worth looking into. This is one of the easiest ways to start your day on a healthy note. Have you jumped on the bandwagon yet? My husband, Ryan and I have lemon water every morning before we do anything else. What’s really a treat is when he gets up before me and has it waiting for me on the kitchen counter. That’s true love y’all.
So what exactly are the benefits of drinking lemon water in the morning?

•Boosts your immune system (vitamin C).
•May reduce signs of aging.
•Hydration.
•May help prevent kidney stones.
If you are really brave, add in 1 TBSP of Apple Cider Vinegar. I do this occasionally and should do it more often, honestly. Ryan thinks he’s being funny when he sneaks it in there without me knowing. Whew! That’ll wake you up! So go ahead, get your lemon water on.
Upon waking…
Juice 1/2 a lemon into a glass of water and drink up. Enjoy all those lemony benefits. This is also something I drink on the days I’m doing my intermittent fasting.
