When I first joined the group health coaching program, I was looking for a health program that would help me dive back into a healthy lifestyle. I knew I wanted accountability as well as a nutrition and fitness plan that I could be consistent with. After going through the program I’ve been able to identify what foods make me feel bloated and sluggish and I’m learning to limit these inflammatory foods. I LOVED the functional fitness workouts! I feel motivated to go workout! My favorite parts of the program were the achievable nutrition goals, getting ideas for meals, and the group setting & chat feature. Charity creates an environment for honesty. We showed our plates even when they weren’t perfect. Very realistic, no perfection. Charity encouraged us to celebrate the little wins. Now that I have a better understanding of what foods nourish my body and give me energy, how to make a healthy plate and how to count macros, I feel confident moving forward with this sustainable nutrition and fitness plan. I’m also thrilled that in just 4 weeks I’ve lost inches! This program was so helpful and encouraging!!
