Are you looking for a customized functional fitness routine to do at home? I’m now offering online or virtual functional fitness personal training. I create workouts that you can do anywhere at any time.
Like one-on-one training in person, you’ll get workouts tailored to your goals and fitness level. You will share your goals and experience with exercise and I’ll formulate a functional fitness routine for you. We communicate through the training portal/app. You can send me messages about how the workouts are going, how they are working for you, how your progress is going etc…
The options are endless. I can create one workout for you or a program. It’s really up to you and what your specific goals are. The workouts consist of exercises, reps, and sets, and provide instructional videos on how to do each move. Our initial consultation will be through zoom or phone. We don’t meet face-to-face for the workouts. You’ll follow the exercises in the app. However, if you are participating in one of my health coaching programs, we schedule regular virtual meetings. I will mention, for optimum results, combining health coaching with personal training is the most effective method. All my health coaching programs include at least two customized functional fitness workouts.
Functional Fitness Training Background & Experience
I’ve been personal training for 15+ years. I’ve worked with a variety of clientele. Women, men, pre-natal clients, post-natal clients, athletes, kids, and geriatric clients. You name it. I received my bachelor’s degree from Texas State University in Exercise and Sports Science. I’m also a NASM certified personal trainer as well. Pricing & More
I charge $100 per customized workout. Most of the customized workouts are designed to be performed for at least 4 weeks with progression. If you are in search of a program with 2-3 customized workouts per week, pricing still stays the same. For example, if you desired three workouts, the cost would be $300.
