A simplified and organized walk-in pantry has always been at the top of my to-do list, but I just never got around to it or knew where to begin. A couple of years ago, my friend Julie, with The To-Done List, came over and created a game plan to tackle my pantry. You know those people, that LOVE to organize? (I can’t relate whatsoever) Well, Julie is the master organizer. She truly takes pleasure in organizing other’s spaces and she is crazy good. Julie is the proud owner of her own company called, The To-Done List, formerly known as DFW Declutter Design.
I’m going to walk you through how she simplified and organized my walk-in pantry. I’ll be linking the items she used as well, however, I take zero credit for this pantry. It definitely takes a special brain for this kind of stuff and that is where Julie comes into play. If you are in the Dallas/Fort Worth area, you most definitely should give her a shout. She organizes pretty much anything and everything.
When Julie started the process of organizing and simplifying my walk-in pantry, she asked me what vibe I was going for. I told her I wanted a minimalistic, modern farmhouse pantry. And…she knocked it out of the park, cause that’s how she rolls. Oh.. and did I tell you, I was her first customer?? Yup.. she truly is that good. Now she’s organizing all of DFW. You go, girl!
Come on in…
When you enter my pantry this is the view you see. Julie did a great job of making this area not only functional but appealing to the eye.
(All items are linked below this photo and will be linked at the end of the blog post as well. )

Products Used:
Cereal and Dry Goods
The clear smaller containers are filled with dry goods/baking items and the cereal containers are on the next shelf up. These have been great because I no longer have cardboard boxes all over my pantry. Plus, I can see exactly what I have and what I’m running low on. It’s soo nice and convenient!

Let’s walk over to the right side of my pantry. The water hyacinth bins hold things like chips, boxed sides, and popcorn. To the right, we have storage for paper goods, mason jars, and miscellaneous items.

Miscellaneous Items

Mason Jar/Canning Items

Kids Snacks
This was the area I was most excited about getting organized. I wanted an area for all the kid’s snacks. I wanted them to be able to reach it and a nice way of storing their items so they can see what they have.

Isn’t this a genius way to store granola bars? I thought Julie did such a wonderful job in the kid’s area.

Over on the left side of my pantry, we have things like medicine, canned goods, teas and supplements, and protein powders.

Medicine & Supplements
The way Julie organized our medicine has been so incredibly helpful. I’m not digging through a cabinet full of random medicine anymore. I’m able to find exactly what I want due to her genius idea of categorizing the items.

Canned goods
These platforms have been so helpful organizing the canned goods in a way I can actually see what I have and now I don’t have to rummage through the shelves to find what I’m looking for.

Tea
The tea bag storage container may have been my favorite item because it’s so cute! These come in handy when we host and entertain as well.

That’s all folks. That was the walkthrough of my simplified and organized walk-in pantry. I hope this was helpful and perhaps sparked some ideas. Remember all items are linked at the top of this post and the bottom, and if you don’t want to tackle it yourself, contact Julie at The To-Done List. She will be happy to help you out.
One last thing….
Now in all reality, my pantry hasn’t stayed this pristine after two years, but for the most part, it stays pretty organized because of the setup Julie gave us. A couple of times a year, we have to reorganize it to this point again. However, I’m so thankful I had Julie from The To-Done List simplify and organize my walk-in pantry. It was one of the best gifts I’ve ever received.
If you are in the Dallas, Fort-Worth area and you are in need of some organization in your life, I highly recommend Julie with The To-Done List. She’s not only amazingly talented at organizing and decluttering, but she is also sweet as pie.
