What is it?
A 4-week holistic group health coaching program designed for individuals needing a “lifestyle reboot.” I teach you sustainable ways to incorporate whole-food nutrition, achievable movement, and healthy habits into your demanding lifestyle. I cut through the confusion and teach you to focus on what is most important for your health and reaching your goals. A positive, empowering, and effective holistic group health coaching program designed to help YOU achieve your health goals with 4 weeks of support and accountability!
The Rebalance and Reset Group Health Coaching program is through an online health portal. New modules open each week with a short intro video and 1-3 pages of content with each topic. Think of it as a holistic nutrition, fitness, and lifestyle course. You will be able to identify what is keeping you from feeling your best physically and mentally. You will finally get the tools you need to sustain a healthy lifestyle & reach your health goals. This program is mostly self-paced but I do suggest trying to stay on schedule each week so you can stay up to date in the community chat. Whatever you put in to this program, you will get out.

How often is the program offered?
