I’ve spent over 20 years working hands-on with women in nutrition, fitness, and whole-body health — logging more than 10,000 hours of real-world coaching experience.
My approach is grounded in both education and application. I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Exercise & Sports Science, am a Certified Integrative Nutritionist, and have worked as a personal trainer & health coach since 2008. This means the guidance you receive isn’t based on trends — it’s rooted in science, experience, and results.
I also understand real life. I’m a wife, mom, and business owner, and I know what it’s like to manage stress, responsibilities, and changing seasons of life while still wanting to feel strong, energized, and healthy.
I don’t believe in perfection or extremes. I help women apply the fundamentals in a way that fits their lifestyle, so the changes they make are realistic, sustainable, and lasting.
