Maple Roasted Brussel Sprouts

This healthy dish is amazing for the Fall. It is super easy to make as well!

Ingredients
  

  • 1 ½ tbsp olive oil extra virgin
  • sea salt & black pepper to taste
  • 4 slices bacon chopped
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 400℉
  2. Place the Brussels sprouts on a baking sheet and toss with the oil, salt, and pepper to coat.
  3. Add the bacon to the baking sheet and toss again.
  4. Make sure the Brussels sprouts are in a single layer and that the bacon is spread out.
  5. Roast for 20-23 minutes, tossing halfway through, until golden brown and crisp.
  6. Add to a serving dish and toss with maple syrup. Serve and enjoy!
